Yesterday, as I was going through boxes upon boxes of kids clothing (with Lilly's help) I realized there are so many things that I've missed writing down over the last few months. I'll never remember a fraction of them. I think it is safe to say that this is the craziest time of my parenting life. Three school age kids, one redheaded preschooler, and a Lilly. Such a peach that little one is. It is so hard to believe that she has a naughty side when she is being sweet, but she has been showing some real colors lately that make me wonder if we'll make it to 4 years of age. While at the swimming pool yesterday she had it out against Seamus. Poor little guy was just standing around and she would walk up and shove him. I've never seen such a bully. She is a 16 hour a day job just by herself, and somehow I've got to wear several other hats. It's been interesting. Frustration and discouragement are always the easiest to plunge into, but there are too many smiles and "moments" to linger in those dark places for too long.

She was washing her lollipop from Aunt Nikki and Aunt Liz. I was thrilled, as it slowly dissolved itself down the drain.
This is an early morning game of Rock, Paper, Scissors. The tot is a natural.
We went for a "family walk" the other night and according to Kate that was the best day of her life. She had another "best day" when we went to the Labor Day parade a couple days later. Everything to her is so special, even the slushy I got her yesterday. This box was a great distraction to school the other morning.
LOVE the updates! Can't wait to see what your little "peach" thinks of the new baby when he arrives!! :)
